The location of this place is amazing, on an island near the water, with a bakery and shops nearby, and the staff here is exceptional.

The room was large and there was a couch.

The bed was very uncomfortable and lower quality than I would find in a Motel 6. We were on the bottom floor and the entrance to the room was through what looked like a double patio door with a curtain. When the cleaners came, them left the patio curtain open so that anyone walking by could see everything that was in our room. Not acceptable. Privacy / security should be a major concern for a hotel.

The hotel was perfectly clean and stunningly beautiful, greatly enjoyed it. the breakfast had lots of options and included coffee, cereal, and muffins. - the rooms were large with a couch, a queen bedroom, plus a TV as described. - the location was great, the staff was exceptional.

The location was perfect and the rooms were bright and cheery.

Customer service needs significant improvement, the beds and pillows need upgrading.

The woman working at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. In addition, she made sure we had breakfast before getting off to the early ferry. The rooms were very nice size.

Lights outside the rooms stay on all night

The rooms were spacious, brand-new, with a lovely view and great amenities, and I had three fantastic nights of good service here.

Great location, lovely staff,pleasant surroundings, nice pool, good breakfast. We loved staying there and we 'd stay there again and highly recommend it to friends.

The breakfast had a great selection of food, like coffee, cereal, and muffins. Our double room was bright with a comfortable chair or couch and TV. Its location not too far from Coffin School was great.

Beachside is a lovely resort on one of the most beautiful vacation destinations on the East Coast. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and air-conditioned and within walking distance to town, best restaurants and shopping. Pool makes it perfect for a family with kids and laundry room is an added plus. Also great for older kids who can walk to town on their own.

room was very damp and the mold exacerbated my asthma.....the linens were not clean when I arrived....sheets were dank and limp (due to the humidity in the room?) as much as I like the location I will not be able to return unless something is done about the humidity and mold problem

The rooms were all spotless and brand-new with a view. The room was reasonably priced. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, just a short stroll away from the beach. This hotel exceeded all expectations in every way; couldn't recommend more.

Room was fragranced to cover up smell of mildew. Electric outlets were hard to find: one didn't work.

Doors to our unit did not properly lock so the maid service effectively left the room unlocked (for the whole day) because it is too hard to close the door. Management needs to check all units with double doors and have a carpenter shave/plane the working edges so they properly close/lock. There was no in-room safe so all valuables had to be stored at the front desk safe deposit box.
